Accomplishments

  • Co-designed and facilitated a highly-praised “learning via experimentation” experience for ~30 global CEOs at the 2012 Global Growth Company CEO Workshop (part of the World Economic Forum), working with Scott Cook (Intuit founder) and Tim Brown (CEO of IDEO).

  • Coached, presented, and taught design thinking principles and tools to ~140 participants of Intuit Fast Path I & II High Potential LEC (Leader & Expert Contributor level) leadership training programs.

  • Led a ~50-person team to embrace “decision by experiment” by gathering support, coaching strategies, and modeling rapid testing behavior. Accelerated experimental-backed decisions from 0 to ~20 over 3 months, leveraging learnings to inform the business.

  • Tested new approaches to first time use for core Websites product. Improvements to marketing page resulted in increase of $2.30 in MSP and $363 in MRR.

  • Led holistic UX design for 2 SEO products, which are being used by 15.5% of paying customers and drive $495 MRR combined. Patents pending for one of these products & related product idea.
