What drives me
Making complex products make sense for users.
I want to understand what people need and why, what gets in their way, and the context they’re working in. That understanding shapes how I design products, workflows, and interactions that help users accomplish their goals.
- Product/UX design: interaction design, information architecture, systems design
- Design thinking: workshop design and facilitation
How I work
With curiosity about the problem, the product, and the constraints.
I use research to understand the problem and question assumptions, then make ideas tangible through prototypes. Testing and iteration help me learn with users and turn that learning into better decisions. I use AI tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and learning.
- A/B testing and experimentation: test design, analysis, and iteration
- UX research: research synthesis, usability testing
- Prototyping: front-end prototyping with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including hand-coded research prototypes; AI-assisted prototyping
What I bring
Weaving together user needs, technical realities, and business goals.
I help teams decide what to build, why, and when. Working across design, product, and engineering, I connect user needs with technical constraints and business priorities to shape strategy, make tradeoffs, and move ideas toward delivery. I keep the intended impact in view so teams can evaluate what changes for users and the business.
- Product strategy: prioritization, tradeoffs, and outcome evaluation
- Cross-functional collaboration: design through delivery
